Horizontal axis permanent magnet generator 3KW-30KW is a device that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy, with advantages such as small size, high efficiency, and no need for excitation system. It is commonly used in wind power generation and other scenarios.
Core Features:
l Structural principle: Using permanent magnets instead of traditional excitation windings, the coil is cut by a rotating magnetic field to generate current, and the magnetic field can be maintained without external power supply.
l Speed and power: Typical products include a 300W three-phase AC permanent magnet generator with a rated speed of 158RPM (revolutions per minute) and a starting wind speed of 2.5m/s, suitable for low wind speed environments.
l Materials and Design: The shell is mostly made of high-strength aluminum alloy, and the blade material is reinforced fiberglass. It supports 3-6 blade configurations and has the function of automatically adjusting the windward angle.
Advantages and limitations
Advantage:

l Carbon brushes, slip rings, and other vulnerable components result in low maintenance costs.
